Wow, what an experience!! Last night, I reached my fundraising target, so that took the pressure off me for the run today!
Well, that’s it folks!
My marathon journey is over! I crossed the line in 4hrs 56mins with the biggest smile on my face!
Running the London Marathon was like going to a giant street party from start to finish 🥰
Everyone was so supportive! And I felt good until mile 17 when I started to feel some pain… However I carried on regardless, just a bit slower than I had hoped.
Thankyou all for your support and messages of encouragement!
Now to rest and eat my bodyweight in cake, chocolate and all things unhealthy!
